TeamFlow is a B2B SaaS project management platform designed to help teams collaborate efficiently, track progress in real time, and maintain visibility across workflows. As the sole Product Designer, I led the project end-to-end — from product thinking and user flows to a scalable design system and high-fidelity interfaces. This project demonstrates my ability to design complex SaaS products that balance usability, structure, and visual clarity.
Challenge
Project managers and teams struggle with scattered information, unclear priorities, and inefficient collaboration tools — leading to missed deadlines and frustrated team members. The challenge was to create a platform that consolidates project data, enables seamless team communication, and provides clear visibility into progress. I wanted users to feel empowered by their tools, not overwhelmed, with quick access to what matters most and intuitive workflows that reduce cognitive load.
Research
To guide the design, I conducted competitive analysis on platforms such as Asana, Monday, and ClickUp, analyzing how they structure information, enable collaboration, and present project data. Through this research, I identified three key needs: clarity — instant visibility into project status and priorities; collaboration — seamless communication without context switching; and flexibility — adaptable workflows that work for different team structures. These insights shaped the foundation for TeamFlow: a clean, intuitive platform with powerful features that don't get in the way.
These insights directly informed the platform’s structure, ensuring every design decision supported clarity, efficiency, and team productivity.
Design
I mapped the complete product experience from onboarding to daily project management, designing six interconnected core screens. Every interface was designed to reduce cognitive load while supporting complex workflows. I created six interconnected screens: landing page, pricing, sign-up, payment, sign-in, and dashboard. The visual identity uses a distinctive blue-to-purple gradient that conveys both professionalism and energy. I built a comprehensive design system with Inter typography, 8px grid spacing, and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability. The dashboard prioritizes task visibility, team collaboration, and progress tracking with an intuitive layout that feels modern and uncluttered. Every interaction was crafted to feel smooth and purposeful.
Final Product
The final product delivers a cohesive SaaS experience across six polished screens, combining structured task hierarchies, real-time collaboration tools, and clear progress visualization. A scalable design system ensures consistency across components, while the visual identity reinforces both professionalism and product credibility.
Outcome
TeamFlow showcases my ability to design production-ready SaaS platforms from concept to high-fidelity execution. The project strengthened my expertise in complex user flows, dashboard design, and scalable design systems — reinforcing my approach to building products that are both powerful and intuitive.
